Job Details <p><b>Job Type:</b> Full Time - Temporary</p> <p><b>Location:</b> Lisburn</p> <p><b>Salary:</b> £23.65 per hour</p> <p><b>Experience:</b> 2 years experience required</p> <p><b>Closing Date:</b> 22-05-2026</p> Learning & Development Business Partner - Lisburn <p>First Choice are seeking to recruit a <b>Learning & Development Business Partner</b> on behalf of the Northern Ireland Fire Service, you will play a key strategic role in ensuring financial stewardship, decision-making, and Project Planning across their organisation, with the post based at their Lisburn HQ.</p> <p>These are Full Time temporary positions, initially for 6 months and the working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
