<p></p><p><strong>Lean Delivery Manager</strong></p><p><strong>London, Hybrid (2-3 days a week)</strong></p><p><strong>£75,000 - £80,000</strong></p><p></p><p>This is a Lean Delivery Manager role within a growing transformation and operational improvement function at a global insurance business.</p><p></p><p>The role is focused on helping operational teams improve how they work day to day through Lean and continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation.</p><p></p><p>You'll be working closely with stakeholders to identify inefficiencies, improve processes and help drive operational change through to delivery. It's a hands-on role involving workshop facilitation, process mapping, performance analysis and embedding more effective ways of working across the business.</p><p></p><p>They're looking for somebody from a Lean, Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence or Process Improvement background who is comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels and enjoys solving operational problems and driving measurable improvements.</p><p></p><p>Some Financial Services or Insurance experience would be beneficial, although deep insurance knowledge isn't essential.</p><p></p><img src="https://www.jobg8.com/Tracking.aspx?Ae5qx6keinwEJZfPPT1HqI%2fX7bbvtPTls" width="0" height="0" />
