IT Support Engineer

<p>A well-established professional services business is looking for an IT Support Engineer to support day-to-day technology operations across a multi-site environment.</p><p>This is a hands-on role supporting users, hardware, software and infrastructure while helping drive the transition from on-premise to cloud-based systems.</p><strong>What you'll be doing:</strong><ul><li>Providing on-site and remote IT support</li><li>Supporting Microsoft 365, SharePoint and user management</li><li>Hardware and software setup for new starters</li><li>Supporting cloud migration and infrastructure improvement projects</li><li>Working with external MSP providers</li><li>Maintaining IT security and GDPR compliance</li><li>Asset management and technical documentation</li></ul><strong>What we're looking for:</strong><ul><li>Strong IT troubleshooting background</li><li>Experience with Microsoft 365, Entra and Intune</li><li>Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and VOIP</li><li>Strong communication and user support skills</li><li>Organised and proactive mindset</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Interested?</strong></p><p>If you're excited by the idea of working on the latest technologiese and taking real ownership of an established IT estate get in touch.
