<p>IT Support Analyst (ERP) - Harrogate, On Site</p><p></p><p>£30,000-£40,000</p><p></p><p>A well established and rapidly growing manufacturing client is seeking an ERP & IT Support Analyst to support the day-to-day operation and continuous improvement of business-critical systems across manufacturing, warehousing, and office environments.</p><p></p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support across manufacturing, warehouse, and office teams</li><li>Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and user-related issues</li><li>Support and maintain ERP, MES, warehouse management, and operational systems</li><li>Assist with ERP upgrades, implementations, and future system developments</li><li>Support shop-floor technology including scanners, printers, and production line systems</li><li>Work closely with production and warehouse teams to minimise operational downtime</li><li>Manage user accounts, permissions, and system access controls</li><li>Coordinate with third-party suppliers and support providers</li><li>Maintain IT documentation, asset registers, and support procedures</li><li>Support IT security, backups, and disaster recovery processes</li></ul><p></p><p>Required Skills & Experience</p><ul><li>Previous experience within an IT Support or ERP Support role</li><li>Strong ERP systems support experience within manufacturing or warehousing environments</li><li>Experience supporting production, warehouse, or operational technologies</li><li>Good understanding of Windows environments, Microsoft 365, and networking fundamentals</li><li>Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced manufacturing environment</li><li>Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical users</li><li>Hands-on, proactive approach with a willingness to learn and develop</li></ul><p></p><p>Desirable Skills</p><ul><li>Experience with ERP platforms</li><li>Manufacturing execution systems (MES) or warehouse systems experience</li><li>Exposure to IT infrastructure and operational technology environments</li></ul><p></p><p>Package</p><ul><li>Enhanced pension and life insurance</li><li>Gym membership and wellbeing support</li><li>Cycle to work scheme</li><li>Enhanced maternity and paternity benefits</li><li>Free parking and on-site facilities</li><li>Long-term development opportunities within a growing business</li></ul><p></p><img src="https://www.jobg8.com/Tracking.aspx?sFiDUbGRNFcgafQU%2bWTXaOgXlVNpxyqti" width="0" height="0" />
