IT Service Centre Technician

<p>At Responsive Personnel we are excited to be looking for IT Service Centre Technicians to work with one of our respective clients.</p><p><strong>Duties & responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Hardware and Software Troubleshooting.</li><li>Repair assessments - viewing, identifying the problem and diagnosing fault.</li><li>Fault Finding and plan of action to resolve problems.</li><li>Fault findings on PCB and replacement of SMD components.</li><li>Fitting of Field Replaceable Units.</li><li>Testing of product to ensure returned to full working order.</li><li>Full use of CRM Ticketing System .</li></ul><p><strong>Key Skills and requirements: </strong></p><ul><li>Previous experience and knowledge of repairs and operating systems is preferred although job specific training will be given.</li><li>Strong Organisation skills</li><li>Excellent Communication skills</li><li>Teamwork and interpersonal skills</li><li>Computer literate</li><li>Time management skills as deadlines need to be met.</li></ul><p><strong>Hours</strong> - 08:30 - 16:30.
