<p><strong>Role: Business Development Manager - IT Distribution</strong><strong>Salary: £40,000 basic + Double OTE (£80,000)</strong><strong>Location: Birmingham</strong></p><p></p><p>We're looking for an ambitious and commercially driven <strong>Business Development Manager</strong> to join a fast-growing IT distributor and play a key role in driving new revenue, building partner relationships, and expanding our customer base.</p><p>This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on winning new business, opening doors, and turning opportunities into long-term trading relationships.</p><p></p><p><strong>What You'll Be Doing</strong></p><ul><li>Proactively identify, target, and win new reseller and MSP customers</li><li>Build a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities and manage deals from first contact to close</li><li>Develop relationships with key decision-makers across partner organisations</li><li>Work closely with internal sales, vendor and marketing teams to maximise deal success</li><li>Position a broad portfolio of IT, cloud, cybersecurity and infrastructure solutions</li><li>Meet and exceed revenue and gross profit targets</li><li>Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM records</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>What We're Looking For</strong></p><ul><li>Proven experience in B2B new business sales, ideally within IT distribution, IT services or technology</li><li>A hunter mindset with a strong track record of winning new accounts</li><li>Confident communicator who can engage and influence at all levels</li><li>Commercially astute with strong pipeline and forecasting discipline</li><li>Self-motivated, resilient and driven to succeed</li><li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>What's On Offer</strong></p><ul><li>£40,000 basic salary</li><li>Double OTE (£80,000) with an uncapped commission structure</li><li>Hybrid working model</li><li>Clear career progression within a growing business</li><li>Supportive sales leadership and enablement</li><li>Exposure to leading IT vendors and in-demand technologies</li></ul><p></p><p>If you're a high-energy new business sales professional ready to accelerate your earnings and career within IT distribution, we'd love to hear from you.</p><img src="https://www.jobg8.com/Tracking.aspx?Lvxcf8sYvdo6ilHP9IvSx5BWsV59TByZn" width="0" height="0" />
