Interior Designer - FF&E

<p>Our client is a leading international design and engineering practice, delivering complete design packages from concept through to completion. They specialise in high-end residential and hospitality interiors across the UK and Middle East. The London office is their Interior Design and FF&E studio, working on prestigious, design-led residential schemes.</p><p>They are currently looking for an experienced Interior Designer - FF&E to join this team. You will work across large-scale, luxury projects, taking responsibility for FF&E design, scheduling, sourcing and supplier coordination. </p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities are to:</strong></p><ul><li>Produce detailed FF&E schedules and specifications</li><li>Source, specify and manage suppliers and manufacturers</li><li>Assist with value engineering and cost control</li><li>Attend site visits and inspections</li><li>Prepare design schemes and presentations</li><li>Manage FF&E procurement and reporting throughout projects</li></ul><p><strong>Skills & Experience Required:</strong></p><ul><li>5+ years' experience in high-end residential and/or hospitality interiors</li><li>Excellent organisational and time management skills</li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe InDesign</li><li>Experience with FF&E software</li><li>Experience in technical drawing and bespoke furniture design</li><li>Strong understanding of international suppliers and procurement</li></ul><p><strong>What's On Offer:</strong></p><ul><li>£40,000 - £44,000 salary</li><li>Pension contribution</li><li>Private medical insurance</li><li>Potential to work from home on Fridays</li><li>The opportunity to work on international projects</li></ul><p></p><img src="https://www.jobg8.com/Tracking.aspx?G0hIdw8wpts3%2bzbHZ4G%2btpEXYc2cfdK4q" width="0" height="0" />
