Installations Manager / Surveyor

We are looking for an experienced Installations Manager/Surveyor who has a good knowledge of the Window Industry. This person needs to be capable of overseeing their Fitting teams work, overcoming installation issues and have a calm and capable approach when dealing with our Customers. Responsibilities and Duties<br /> Daily contact with Fitting teams, to ensure they have all necessary requirements on site. <br /><br /> Check Fitters work and assist with any queries they may have during the installation phase.<br /> Discussions with all staff and suppliers to be aware of what the jobs entail.<br /> Contact with Clients before and during the installation process, acting as the main contact once the job is sold.<br /> Regular communication with General Manager to be aware of what jobs are in progress.<br /> Experience in window fitting, to be able to check our fitters work on site<br /> Good trouble shooting skills<br /> Capable of dealing with clients face to face Experience of all aspects of windows, doors and conservatories <br /> Excellent communication skills, both on the telephone, email, and face to face<br /> A methodical and thorough approach to work with an excellent attention to detail<br /> Excellent organisational and diary management skills<br /> An ability to prioritise work load and stay calm under pressure<br /> A great team player with a desire to show initiative<br /> Be assertive, honest and reliable<br /><br />Industry related experience and knowledge of building regulations<br /><br /> Valid full UK driving license<br /> Minimum Technical Competence (MTC), or a relevant NVQ Level 3 in Fenestration Surveying.
