<p><strong>Senior ICT Engineer</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Location:</strong> Belfast</li><li><strong>Job Type:</strong> Full-time</li><li><strong>Salary:</strong> £c45,000 per annum</li></ul><p>REED Technology are delighted to partner with a fantastic organisation who are seeking a Senior ICT Engineer to join their dynamic team.</p><p>This role involves providing day-to-day support for our ICT Services Infrastructure and assisting our customers as directed by the Line Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of technical tasks, from design and implementation to customer support and training.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Design, implement, configure, and support company ICT Infrastructure & Applications.</li><li>Provide customer-facing ICT solutions design and sales support.</li><li>Manage technical support desk operations for company Server/Desktop/Laptop infrastructure.</li><li>Oversee patching server and client side, implementation of company antivirus policy, backups, and desktop management policies for both Atlas and its customers.</li><li>Install, maintain, and support deployed solutions, including internal training.</li><li>Serve as the technical lead on ICT services product portfolio.</li><li>Support other Engineers and contribute to the long-term development and expansion of the ICT Team.</li><li>Ensure that customers receive the correct products to meet their specific requirements and understand the benefits through effective training and support.</li><li>Plan and organise travel and accommodation for site visits in accordance with company procedures.</li><li>Complete documentation and reporting for the installation, configuration, and commissioning of solutions.</li><li>Ensure complete customer satisfaction in all aspects of work carried out.</li><li>Participate in a 24-hour call-out rota and provide office-based technical support as required.</li></ul><p><strong>Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Proven experience in ICT infrastructure design, implementation, and support.</li><li>Strong customer service orientation and experience in a customer-facing role.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks effectively.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.</li><li>Familiarity with ISO9001:2015 and ISO27001:2022 standards.</li><li>Full clean current motor vehicle driving license</li></ul><p><strong>Essential criteria </strong></p><ul><li>Degree or equivalent in an ICT or related area and current Microsoft 365 and VMware accreditations.
