<p>HR Systems & Support Analyst - Dynamics 365 </p><p>Manchester / Hybrid - one day on site every 2 weeks</p><p>18 months+</p><p>A Dynamics 365 HCM/HR Systems & Support Analyst is required to support the implementation and ongoing management of our client's D365 HR platform.</p><p>You'll act as the link between HR teams and the implementation partner during delivery, then become the internal owner of D365 HR post go-lives supporting users, maintaining data integrity and driving system improvements.</p><p>Key responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Support Dynamics 365 HR implementation, configuration and testing</li><li>Translate HR requirements into system configuration and documentation</li><li>Support HR data migration and security role management</li><li>Provide post go-live system support and continuous improvement</li></ul><p></p><p>Experience required:</p><ul><li>Experience implementing or supporting D365 F&O HR</li><li>Documentation Skills: Proficiency in creating and maintaining configuration sheets, data mappings and requirement documentation.</li><li>Testing Coordination: Demonstrated ability to author UAT scripts and lead business users through testing phases.</li><li>Security Design: Experience defining and maintaining custom security roles and permissions within D365.</li><li>Strong HR systems and data knowledge</li><li>Confident working with stakeholders and external suppliers</li></ul><p>Desirable:</p><ul><li>Data Migration Expertise: Experience mapping and migrating complex data sets from legacy systems (ideally Unit4 Business World) using the DMF.</li></ul><img src="https://www.jobg8.com/Tracking.aspx?Lvxcf8sYvdrhEsdJKO2rpldgBGDwh3Bun" width="0" height="0" />
