<p>We are recruiting for an exciting newly created Head of Sales & Marketing opportunity with an award-winning luxury care provider operating across home counties. </p><p>This is a key strategic appointment created to support continued growth, occupancy performance and the ongoing development of the group's sales and marketing function.</p><p></p><p>The organisation has an excellent reputation within the sector, with a portfolio of high-quality residential, nursing and dementia care homes, including several Outstanding rated services and further developments planned.</p><p></p><p>The Role</p><p>As Head of Sales & Marketing, you will lead the group's commercial sales and marketing strategy across a portfolio of 9 homes, with a particular focus on driving occupancy growth within newer luxury developments. You will oversee the existing marketing function, support and mentor home-based CRMs and work closely with the senior leadership team to develop creative and commercially focused initiatives that strengthen enquiry generation, conversions and brand presence. This role would suit a commercially minded and relationship-driven individual who enjoys autonomy, creativity and working within a collaborative, non-corporate environment.</p><p></p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Lead sales and marketing strategy across the group's care homes</li><li>Drive occupancy growth and support homes to achieve budget targets</li><li>Support and mentor Customer Relations Managers across the group</li><li>Manage and develop the existing marketing team</li><li>Work alongside external PPC and website agencies</li><li>Develop creative and innovative approaches to enquiry generation and conversion</li><li>Support homes with local networking, events and community engagement</li><li>Oversee marketing materials, branding consistency and promotional activity</li><li>Work collaboratively with Home Managers and the wider leadership team</li><li>Introduce KPI accountability and performance reporting where appropriate</li></ul><p></p><p>Candidate Profile</p><ul><li>Strong commercial awareness and sales mentality</li><li>Creative thinker with modern marketing ideas and approaches</li><li>Inspirational and adaptable leadership style</li><li>Comfortable working with KPIs and accountability measures</li><li>Hands-on, collaborative and proactive approach</li><li>Able to thrive within a growing, family-run organisation</li></ul><p></p><p>Working Pattern & Benefits</p><p>Competitive salary based on experience and expectation.</p><p>Primarily Head Office based with some travel to homes as required</p><p>Hybrid working available (maximum 1 day working from home)</p><p>25 days annual leave plus bank holidays</p><p>Bonus/commission structure</p><p>Blue Light Card access</p><p>Employee discount schemes</p><p>Cycle to Work Scheme</p><p>Refer a Friend Scheme</p><p>Recognition awards and team events</p><p>Training and professional development support</p><p>Wellbeing and financial support initiatives</p><p></p><p>Interested?
