We re a respected, values-driven charity with a strong local reputation - and we re looking for an ambitious Grants, Income & Comms Manager to help shape our future. </p> <p>This is an influential role with organisation-wide impact. You ll lead and grow our income generation strategy, securing sustainable funding that enables us to deepen our impact across Gloucestershire while strengthening our external profile and brand.</p> <p><strong>About the role</strong></p> <p>This role offers the chance to make a genuine difference in a dynamic fundraising environment while helping disabled children, young people and families access the support they need to thrive. </p> <p><strong>You will:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead and deliver a bold three-year income generation strategy </li> <li>Secure significant multi-year funding from trusts, foundations and commissioners </li> <li>Manage and grow a strong pipeline of sustainable and unrestricted income </li> <li>Develop community fundraising, individual giving and legacy opportunities </li> <li>Ensure communications actively support fundraising, engagement and brand visibility </li> <li>Work closely with the CEO and Senior Leadership Team to shape long-term sustainability </li> </ul> <p>Approximately 70% of your focus will be on grants, trusts and commissioned income, with the remaining 30% dedicated to community fundraising, individual giving, legacy income and communications.</p> <p><strong>What we re looking for </strong></p> <p>We re looking for someone who is both strategic and proactive, with strong fundraising expertise and the confidence to lead.</p> <p><strong><u>Essential Experience</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Solid track record of securing significant (5 6 figure), multi-year funding from trusts, foundations and/or commissioners to meet income generation targets</li> <li>Experience building, managing and maintaining a strategic funding pipeline</li> <li>Competence in managing CRM and fundraising database systems </li> <li>Strong bid writing, financial acumen and impact reporting skills</li> <li>Experience contributing at a strategic or senior leadership level</li> <li>Knowledge of fundraising regulation and governance</li> <li>Experience using communications strategically to support income growth</li> </ul> <p><strong><u>Desirable Experience</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience securing large multi-year grants - in excess £100,000</li> <li>Proven successful experience in additional income streams or marketing</li> <li>Member of Chartered Institute of Fundraising</li> <li>Experience working in small to medium size charities</li> <li>Competence in digital communications</li> <li>Experience managing or supporting others, including volunteers<strong> </strong></li> </ul> <p><strong>Why join Allsorts? </strong></p> <ul> <li>Make a real, lasting impact in the lives of disabled children and families </li> <li>Shape the future of fundraising in a genuinely influential leadership role </li> <li>Join a supportive, values-led organisation with strong local credibility </li> <li>Flexible hybrid working opportunities </li> <li>Strong commitment to inclusion, accessibility and lived experience </li> </ul> <p><u>STAGE 1 INTERVIEWS </u></p> <p>w/c 8th June 2026</p> <p>In-person, Stroud</p> <p><u>STAGE 2 INTERVIEWS </u></p> <p>w/c 15th June 2026</p> <p>In-person, Stroud</p> <p>We aim to provide a positive and transparent recruitment experience and will keep you informed throughout the process.</p> <p><u>Our Commitment to Inclusion</u></p> <p>We actively encourage people with disabilities and from diverse backgrounds to apply for our jobs.
