We're currently working with a well-established and growing facilities management business that is looking to add an experienced Gas Install Engineer to their team covering Swindon and the surrounding areas.</p><p>This is an excellent opportunity for an install engineer who wants consistent, year-round work - not just seasonal peaks - with the backing of long-term contracts across social housing and private properties.</p><p>If you're looking for stability, realistic workloads, and proper support on installs, this role offers exactly that.</p><p><strong>The Role</strong></p><ul><li>Carrying out 1-day boiler swaps (like-for-like)</li><li>Full heating system installations and replacements</li><li>Heating conversions</li><li>Radiator and pipework installations</li><li>Commissioning systems and completing compliance paperwork</li></ul><p>The majority of work is straightforward installs, with additional support provided on larger projects.</p><p><strong>What They're Looking For</strong></p><ul><li>Proven experience completing boiler installations</li><li>ACS qualifications: CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1 & CKR1</li><li>Strong mechanical ability</li><li>Full UK driving licence</li><li>Professional and customer-focused approach</li></ul><p><strong>Desirable:</strong></p><ul><li>G3 / Unvented</li><li>NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing & Heating</li><li>Experience within social housing</li></ul><p><strong>Package</strong></p><ul><li>£43,000 - £46,000 basic salary</li><li>Optional standby rota (approx. 1 in 5)</li><li>Overtime available</li><li>Company van and fuel card</li><li>Milwaukee install kit provided</li><li>Support provided on larger installs</li><li>Private healthcare</li><li>21 days holiday + bank holidays (rising with service)</li><li>Option to buy additional leave</li><li>£500 referral bonus</li><li>Pension scheme</li><li>Employee wellbeing support</li><li>Cycle to Work scheme</li></ul><p>There are also opportunities to upskill into renewables, including ASHP training, for engineers looking to future-proof their skillset.</p><img src="https://www.jobg8.com/Tracking.aspx?Ae5qx6keinzRmfLGyz9Soo5XWC12tnCqs" width="0" height="0" />
