Freelance Quantity Surveyor (PQS)

<p><strong>Your new company</strong> <br />The services of Hays have been retained by our client, an established and busy construction consultancy based in Belfast, to recruit a Freelance Quantity Surveyor on a temporary contract / freelance basis to assist with a peak in workload.</p><p><br /><strong>Your new role</strong> <br />Working as part of a larger projects team on x2 retail fit-out projects, you will provide pre-contract QS services to include:</p><p>Producing estimates, budgets and cost plans</p><p>Preparing bills of quantities.</p><p>Work is available immediately for an experienced individual who can provide freelance support.<br /><br /><strong>What you'll need to succeed</strong> <br />You will be an experienced Quantity Surveyor (PQS) with a demonstrable track record of providing cost management input on building projects as outlined above. You will be self-motivated and able to work independently, largely managing your own workload.</p><p><br /><strong>What you'll get in return</strong> <br />A competitive hourly rate is available which will be paid weekly by Hays for all hours worked via BACS transfer.
