Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, they are now looking to expand their engineering team by recruiting an experienced Service & Small Works Engineer.</p><p><strong>Fire Alarm Service & Small Works Engineer Role and Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Attend reactive callouts, carrying out fault finding, diagnostics, and repairs across fire alarm systems</li><li>Perform planned servicing and maintenance on both conventional and addressable systems</li><li>Undertake small works projects, including system extensions, device additions and relocations, and panel or component upgrades</li><li>Work across a range of manufacturer systems including Morley, Advanced, Kentec, and Gent</li><li>Maintain a 50/50 split between maintenance and small works duties</li><li>Communicate professionally with clients and stakeholders at all times</li><li>Accurately complete all service reports and documentation</li></ul><p><strong>Fire Alarm Service & Small Works Engineer Skills and Experience Required:</strong></p><ul><li>FIA Level 2 in Fire Detection & Alarm Systems (or equivalent)</li><li>CSCS card (or equivalent)</li><li>Minimum of 3+ years' experience in fire alarm servicing and installation</li><li>Strong background in fault finding, maintenance, and system diagnostics</li><li>Experience delivering or supporting small works projects</li><li>Knowledge of leading fire alarm manufacturers including Morley, Advanced, Kentec, and Gent</li><li>Ability to read and interpret technical drawings</li><li>Experience commissioning and testing fire alarm systems</li><li>Ability to obtain a DBS check required</li></ul><p><strong>DON'T MISS OUT ON THIS GREAT OPPORTUNITY - APPLY NOW</strong></p><p>Get Staff acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of temporary workers.</p><p>Please note: If you have not been contacted within 7 days, your application for this position has been unsuccessful.</p><p></p><img src="https://www.jobg8.com/Tracking.aspx?aP%2fblHlMLSs6ZiYIGhD4lASk5dIFXaOWr" width="0" height="0" />
