<p><strong>Field Service Team Leader</strong></p><p><strong>Commercial Coffee Machines - London</strong></p><p><strong>Chelmsford, Luton, Croydon, Watford</strong></p><p><strong>£44,000 - £48,000 Basic Salary + £2k London Weighting (within M25) +Van / Oyster Card + Overtime + Bonus</strong></p><ul><li>Have you supported a field based team before?</li><li>Familiar with electromechanical products?</li><li>Used to working in an SLA focused, fast paced environment?</li><li>Looking for a more senior position?</li><li>Enjoy coffee (not essential)?</li></ul><p>Our client is looking for 2x Engineering Team Leader s to join their expanding team in the South East and London. Great training opportunities and a chance to further develop your career and leadership style.</p><p><strong>Your Role as a Field Service Team Leader:</strong></p><ul><li>You'll be a primary point of contact for a small team of service engineers, helping them with technical queries.</li><li>Helping drive best practices, strong first fix-rates and carrying out some joint visits with the team.</li><li>Provide 1 line support to customers when needed.</li><li>You'll still be hands-on, carrying out planned service and reactive maintenance to customers coffee and drinks machines.</li><li>Escalate issues, concerns and training points to your RSM when needed.</li><li>Reporting to the Regional Service Manager and Service Operations Manager</li><li>Monday - Friday, daytime hours + 1-in-4 weekends.</li></ul><p><strong>Ideal Background for the Field Service Team Leader Position:</strong></p><ul><li>You really need some previous team leadership experience working with electromechanical systems.</li><ul><li>Ideally coffee and drinks machines but training can be provided for the right candidate.</li></ul><li>You'll have worked in fast paced environments with emphasis on SLA's and KPI's.</li><li>Empathetic and customer focused.</li><li>A good sense of humour.</li><li>Strong communication skills.</li><li>A love for coffee is advised but not essential here!</li><li>Full UK drivers' licence and right to work in the UK indefinitely as no sponsorship will be provided.</li><li>Willing and able to travel to customer sites in and around the South East and Central London.</li></ul><p><strong>The Company recruiting for the Field Service Team Leader:</strong></p><ul><li>A rapidly growing and expanding coffee and drinks service provider.</li><li>Strong customer service offering: a company who take pride in their work.</li><li>A casual office environment.</li><li>Longer term progression opportunities.</li></ul><p><strong>The Package for the Field Service Team Leader:</strong></p><ul><li>£44,000 - £48,000 basic salary, depending on experience.</li><li>A further £2k per year if residing within the M25.</li><li>Company Van / Oyster Car & Tools.</li><li>Uncapped overtime available.</li><li>Flexibility of working extra weekends or working separate days on weekends.</li><li>On-going training</li><li>Life, medical, and dental insurance.</li><li>25 days holiday plus stats</li></ul><p>Please apply for this job online if you are interested and feel you fit the above criteria.</p><p>Dave is the main point of contact for the role.</p><p>INDENG</p><img src="https://www.jobg8.com/Tracking.aspx?cvf%2bl%2fHfp0ytGickiVPdQ5U3x1UP1LGAe" width="0" height="0" />
