Field Sales Executive

<p> <b>Field Sales Executive</b> </p> <p><b>Bangor (BT19)</b></p> <p>On behalf of our client, a growing local Engineering business McKinty Associates are seeking to recruit a Field Sales Executive to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual, ideally with an engineering background, who is looking to build a long-term career in technical sales.</p> <p>The role involves visiting industrial and manufacturing clients across Northern Ireland to promote and sell compressed air and pneumatic solutions.</p> <p><b>Key Duties:</b></p> <ul> <li>Visit existing and prospective industrial customers</li> <li>Promote and sell:</li> <li>Industrial air compressors</li> <li>Air dryers and filtration systems</li> <li>Pneumatic cylinders, valves, and fittings</li> <li>Compressed air pipework systems</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Identify and develop new business opportunities</li> <li>Conduct basic site surveys and gather technical requirements</li> <li>Prepare and follow up on quotations</li> <li>Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets</li> <li>Maintain accurate sales records and CRM updates</li> <li>Build long-term relationships with engineers and maintenance managers</li> </ul> <p><b>Eligibility criteria:</b></p> <ul> <li>HND / BEng / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline (preferred)</li> <li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li> <li>Self-motivated and target-driven</li> <li>Willingness to travel across Northern Ireland</li> <li>Full UK driving licence (essential)</li> <li>Previous sales experience beneficial but not required (full training provided)</li> <li>Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.</li> </ul> <p> Applications for this role will be considered immediately with a view to placing the right individual ASAP, so please register your interest early.
