<p>Ad Hoc Exam Invigilators - Secondary School</p><p><strong>Location: Littlehampton </strong><strong>Contract:</strong> Ad hoc / temporary<strong>Exam Period:</strong> April -June 2026</p><p>We are seeking reliable and professional <strong>Ad Hoc Exam Invigilators</strong> to support a secondary school during the full exam period. This role is ideal for candidates who are flexible, punctual, and able to remain calm and vigilant in a formal exam environment.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Supervising pupils during examinations to ensure exam regulations are followed</li><li>Distributing and collecting exam materials</li><li>Ensuring a quiet, safe, and fair testing environment</li><li>Responding appropriately to any issues during an exam and reporting concerns to the exams officer</li><li>Some reading and scribing for students with SEN/EHCPs</li></ul><p>Availability</p><ul><li><strong>Candidates must be available for the entire exam period</strong></li><li>Shifts are offered on an ad hoc basis and <strong>can be as short as 3 hours</strong>, depending on the exam schedule</li><li>Start times may vary, so flexibility is essential</li></ul><p>Essential Requirements</p><ul><li><strong>Enhanced DBS certificate registered on the Update Service</strong> (must be in place before starting)</li><li><strong>Right to work in the UK</strong></li><li>Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely</li><li>Professional, approachable, and confident manner</li><li>There is ample parking on site but the school is also accessible on public transport</li></ul><p>Desirable</p><ul><li>Previous experience as an exam invigilator or working in a school environment (training may be provided)</li></ul><p>What We Offer</p><ul><li>Competitive hourly pay</li><li>Flexible, short-term shifts</li><li>A supportive school environment</li></ul><p>If you meet the above requirements and are available for the full exam period, we would be pleased to hear from you.</p><p><strong>To apply:</strong>Please submit your CV and confirm your availability for the full exam period, along with your DBS and right-to-work status.Phone interviews will be held as soon as possible. </p><img src="https://www.jobg8.com/Tracking.aspx?E%2fgP4FVXthXpNWgIZqgIpyn%2fHq9OrHx9t" width="0" height="0" />
