At EPPH, we value quality work, safety, and doing the job right the first time.</p><p><strong>Role Overview </strong></p><p>The Approved Electrician will install, test, and maintain electrical systems to industry standards, ensuring safe, compliant, and high-quality work across all projects. The role also involves fault-finding, completing documentation, and supporting colleagues on site.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Install, maintain, and commission electrical systems to BS 7671 standards.</li><li>Carry out inspection, testing, and certification (EIC/EICR/MEIWC).</li><li>Diagnose and resolve electrical faults efficiently.</li><li>Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with regulations.</li><li>Supervise and support Electricians and Apprentices when required.</li><li>Communicate effectively with clients and project teams.</li></ul><p><strong>Required qualifications / Expectations / Experience: </strong></p><ul><li>Level 3 technical qualifications documentary evidence of vocational training (i.e. Apprenticeship or NVQ 3).</li><li>18th edition</li><li>Testing and inspection (2391)</li><li>ECS Gold Card</li><li>Proven site experience</li><li>Full clean manual UK driving license</li><li>Ability to compete company Risk Assessments</li><li>Proven experience as an Approved or Qualified Electrician in commercial and/or industrial environments</li><li>Strong background in electrical installation, testing, and fault-finding</li><li>Competence in completing EIC/EICR/MEIWC documentation</li><li>Experience working to BS 7671 and established health & safety practices.</li><li>Ability to work independently and support junior team members</li></ul><p><strong>We Offer:</strong></p><ul><li>Holidays 22 days + bank holidays + long service leave</li><li>Company pension scheme - invest in your future</li><li>Training and development to enhance your skills</li><li>Collaborative team atmosphere</li><li>Company bonus scheme</li><li>Private health insurance, including 24/7 online GP service</li><li>Company social events</li></ul><p><strong>Join our Team and discover exciting career opportunities!
