Electrical Maintenance Engineer

<p>Adecco are looking for a Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our client in North Ayrshire on a permanent basis. You role will be to ensure that Plant & Equipment is maintained in accordance with Company and Statutory requirement. </p><p></p><p>You will have many responsibilities, some will include:</p><p> Interpret equipment and plant layout drawings: mechanical and electrical</p><p> Produce documentary evidence and carry out scheduled maintenance of plant and equipment in accordance with schedule and legislative requirements ensuring that maintenance data records are accurately and promptly updated</p><p> Respond to machine and plant equipment breakdowns, carry out the necessary repairs and report cause of breakdown</p><p> Provide evidence of plant and equipment breakdown occurrences coupled with documented improvement recommendations</p><p> A systematic and methodical approach to work organisation is required to ensure that our housekeeping standard is maintained in accordance with Company requirements providing visible evidence of compliance</p><p> Plant and equipment breakdowns are addressed in line with company standards</p><p> Planned maintenance schedules are adhered to and time frames met</p><p></p><p>Our client is looking for you to have the following:</p><p></p><p> Electrical knowledge and a Mechanical bias</p><p> Traditional apprenticeship coupled with appropriate technical qualifications; City & Guilds /ONC/HNC in Electrical Maintenance</p><p> Machine tools and CNC controls experience</p><p> IEE Regulation 18th edition certified advantageous</p><p></p><p>To discuss the role further, please get in touch today !</p><p>Adecco acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
