<p>Prospero Teaching are seeking a dedicated Early Career Teacher (ECT) to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in Colchester starting in September. This is a fantastic opportunity for a newly qualified teacher to begin their career in a nurturing environment, with access to strong mentorship and ongoing professional development.</p><p>They are looking for a passionate teacher with effective behaviour management skills and a desire to inspire young learners.</p><p><strong>CONTRACT DETAILS</strong> Location - Colchester Position - ECT Primary Teacher Type of work - Class teaching Start date - September Duration / Likely Duration - Ongoing / Long-term Full time/part-time - Full time Minimum rate of pay - From £125 per day Hours - 8:30 am - 4:00 pm</p><p><strong>EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS</strong> PGCE, QTS or equivalent teaching qualification Recent experience in a UK primary school (placements accepted for ECTs) Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year (desirable)</p><p><strong>TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:</strong> Hold Right to Work in the UK Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application Provide two professional child-related references</p><p><strong>OTHER</strong> If you would like to be considered for this role, please apply with a copy of your up-to-date CV.
