<p>In-House Gas Engineer / Plumber</p><p><strong>Location:</strong> London & M25<strong>Salary:</strong> Circa £50,000 + benefits<strong>Hours:</strong> Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm<strong>Employment Type:</strong> Permanent, PAYE</p><p>We are recruiting an experienced <strong>Domestic Gas Engineer / Plumber</strong> to join a growing <strong>in-house maintenance team</strong> supporting a large residential property portfolio across London.</p><p>The role involves delivering day-to-day plumbing and gas maintenance, including reactive works, planned repairs and emergency call-outs within occupied residential properties.</p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Domestic plumbing repairs and installations (toilets, taps, pipework, bathrooms)</li><li>Boiler breakdowns, servicing and <strong>boiler installations</strong></li><li>Emergency maintenance (leaks, bursts, heating failures)</li><li>Completion of gas, warranty, benchmark and building regulation paperwork</li><li>Supporting small refurbishments (bathrooms/kitchens)</li><li>General maintenance and occasional basic multi-trade tasks when required</li><li>Maintaining a professional and respectful approach in tenants' homes</li></ul><p>Essential Requirements:</p><ul><li><strong>Gas Safe Registered</strong></li><li><strong>CCN1 qualification</strong> (and relevant domestic appliance categories)</li><li>Proven experience installing and replacing domestic boilers</li><li>All gas qualifications fully in date</li><li>Strong domestic plumbing experience</li><li><strong>DBS check required</strong></li><li><strong>Full UK driving licence</strong></li><li>Willingness to travel across London</li><li>Flexible, reliable and proactive "can-do" attitude</li></ul><p>What's on Offer:</p><ul><li>Stable, long-term <strong>employed position</strong> (not subcontract)</li><li>Company <strong>van provided</strong></li><li>Materials purchased via company accounts (expenses reimbursed if needed)</li><li><strong>20 days holiday + bank holidays</strong></li><li>Consistent workload within London only</li><li>Supportive in-house environment with varied work</li></ul><p>This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Gas Engineer/Plumber seeking security, variety and long-term progression within a reputable property management business.</p><p></p><img src="https://www.jobg8.com/Tracking.aspx?kC8s9Cv7KwFB44bX1oltPdHbtpuMh7Nlk" width="0" height="0" />
