The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for patients, staff, and visitors.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Cleaning and sanitising wards, corridors, and clinical areas</li> <li>Maintaining high standards of <strong>infection control and hygiene</strong></li> <li>Safe handling and disposal of waste, including clinical waste</li> <li>Cleaning patient rooms, bathrooms, and communal areas</li> <li>Operating cleaning equipment and using appropriate cleaning materials</li> <li>Ensuring all areas are kept clean, tidy, and hazard-free</li> <li>Replenishing supplies such as soap, paper towels, and hygiene products</li> <li>Following all hospital health and safety procedures</li> </ul> <p><strong>Essential Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li>Must be able to <strong>comply with uniform policy at all times</strong></li> <li>Flexible approach to working hours, including weekends and evenings</li> <li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li> <li>Good attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards</li> <li>Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic</li> </ul> <p><strong>Desirable (but not essential)</strong></p> <ul> <li>Previous experience in a domestic, cleaning, or healthcare setting</li> <li>Knowledge of infection prevention and control procedures</li> </ul><img src="https://www.jobg8.com/Tracking.aspx?E%2fgP4FVXthUIty2xskMDN8M1W4iCVjsDt" width="0" height="0" />
