<p></p><p>Dynamics 365 CE Developer - Remote (London HQ)</p><p><strong>Salary: £70,000 + Flexible Benefits</strong></p><p><strong>About the Role</strong></p><p>We are seeking a skilled <strong>Dynamics 365 CE Developer</strong> to lead ongoing system enhancements, support users, and ensure our CRM platform continues to evolve in line with business needs. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys practical problem-solving, collaborating with stakeholders, and delivering consistent, high-quality improvements in a supportive and flexible environment.</p><p>You will work remotely, with occasional visits to our London headquarters for planning sessions and team collaboration.</p><p></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Lead the enhancement, configuration, and customisation of <strong>Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE</strong> to support business processes and user requirements.</li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to gather, analyse, and translate business needs into effective technical solutions.</li><li>Develop and maintain workflows, forms, views, and custom components to optimise CRM usability and performance.</li><li>Use <strong>Power Platform tools</strong>-including <strong>Power Automate</strong> and <strong>Power Apps</strong>-to automate processes and extend system capability.</li><li>Troubleshoot issues, provide end-user support, and ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests.</li><li>Contribute to agile ceremonies and work effectively within cross-functional teams to deliver iterative improvements.</li><li>Ensure system changes follow best practices for governance, documentation, and long-term maintainability.</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Essential Skills & Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Strong hands-on experience with <strong>Dynamics 365 CE</strong> configuration, customisation, and solution management.</li><li>Proven ability to <strong>gather and analyse business requirements</strong> and translate them into practical CRM enhancements.</li><li>Working knowledge of the <strong>Power Platform</strong>, including Power Automate and Power Apps.</li><li>Confident troubleshooting skills and experience supporting end users in a live environment.</li><li>Experience working within <strong>agile delivery teams</strong> and collaborating with multiple business functions.</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>What We Offer</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Fully remote role</strong> with flexibility built around work-life balance.</li><li>Supportive team culture focused on collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement.</li><li>Opportunities to contribute to a platform that is central to business operations and long-term strategy.</li><li>Occasional travel to our <strong>London HQ</strong> for team sessions and project workshops.</li></ul><p></p><p></p><img src="https://www.jobg8.com/Tracking.aspx?1cWG9WvfIspklW5O7gmDuUwvLrEhwsgco" width="0" height="0" />
