We are seeking a versatile <strong>Cover Supervisor & Pastoral Support Lead</strong> to join our secondary school in the <strong>Ulverston</strong> area.</p><p>This is a <strong>full-time (5 days a week)</strong> role, perfect for someone who can maintain high standards of classroom engagement while providing the vital emotional support that helps students thrive. You will be a key member of our staff, supporting a diverse range of learners, including those with additional needs such as <strong>ASC</strong> or <strong>SEMH</strong>.</p><p><strong>The Role: A Pivotal Bridge in Our School</strong></p><p>In this role, you will be a visible and supportive presence across the school. Your time will be split between classroom delivery and student wellbeing:</p><ul><li><strong>Dynamic Classroom Cover:</strong> Leading classes across various subjects using pre-prepared materials.
