<p>Cobalt is partnering with a global financial services organisation to appoint a Workplace Manager, based in London. This role offers responsibility for delivering corporate real estate and workplace services across an international portfolio, with a focus on operational consistency and workplace experience.</p><p><strong>The organisation</strong></p><ul><li>Our client is an international financial services firm with a strong presence across multiple regions.</li><li>The business operates within a fast-moving, client-focused environment, with a focus on service quality and operational performance.</li><li>The culture supports collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.</li></ul><p><strong>The role / responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>The Workplace Manager leads the delivery of workplace and corporate real estate services across the UK, EMEA, and APAC regions.</li><li>Oversight of both in-house teams and external service partners to ensure consistent service delivery aligned with agreed standards.</li><li>Responsibility for workplace operations including maintenance, security, occupier services, and workplace experience.</li><li>Management of regional service delivery in line with service level agreements, key performance indicators, and internal frameworks.</li><li>Contribution to strategic planning, translating business objectives into operational delivery across multiple locations.</li><li>Ownership of regional budgets, including cost control, forecasting, and identification of efficiencies.</li><li>Development of long-term capital plans aligned with business needs and property strategy.</li><li>Oversight of supplier performance, including contract management and ongoing review of service partners.</li><li>Collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with wider organisational objectives.</li><li>Support in managing real estate activity, including coordination of transactions and engagement with external advisors.</li><li>Delivery of workplace initiatives focused on occupier experience, wellbeing, and sustainability.</li><li>Preparation and presentation of reports to senior stakeholders across the business.</li></ul><p><strong>Skills needed / requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Working knowledge of workplace operations, corporate real estate, or facilities management within a corporate environment.</li><li>Experience within financial services or a similar corporate setting is preferred.</li><li>Experience managing service delivery across multiple locations or regions.</li><li>Ability to manage internal teams and third-party service providers.</li><li>Strong financial understanding, including budgeting, cost control, and performance monitoring.</li><li>Experience with supplier management and contract oversight.</li><li>Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage a range of stakeholders.</li><li>Ability to manage competing priorities within a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Working knowledge of workplace systems and Microsoft Office tools.</li><li>Confidence in delivering operational improvements and supporting strategic initiatives.</li><li>Willingness to travel as required.</li><li>IOSH qualification is mandatory whilst a NEBOSH would be beneficial.</li></ul><p>This Workplace Manager role offers the opportunity to lead service delivery across a global portfolio within a financial services environment, with exposure to senior stakeholders and influence over workplace strategy.</p><p>This role is based in London and requires on-site presence five days per week.</p><p>Apply now as interviews are taking place shortly.</p><p>Due to the volume of applications received, if you don't hear back from us, please assume your application has been unsuccessful on this occasion.</p><img src="https://www.jobg8.com/Tracking.aspx?1cWG9WvfIsq1inKvH7KRL2oZiEFsMsX8o" width="0" height="0" />
