<p><strong>Full-Time Core Subject Learning Support Assistant (Maths, English & Science)</strong><strong>Location: Lewisham 5 Days per Week Immediate Start Available</strong></p><p>We are currently seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a welcoming and well-regarded secondary school in Lewisham. This is a full-time role, working across core subjects including Maths, English, and Science, supporting students to reach their full academic potential.</p><p>This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about education and keen to make a meaningful impact in the classroom while developing their own professional journey.</p><p><strong>The Role</strong></p><ul><li>Provide in-class support across Maths, English, and Science lessons</li><li>Work closely with teaching staff to deliver targeted support to students</li><li>Assist students with varying abilities, including those requiring additional academic support</li><li>Help maintain a focused and inclusive learning environment</li><li>Support with lesson preparation and classroom organisation where needed</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Previous experience working as a Learning Support Assistant or in a similar educational role</li><li>Strong subject knowledge in Maths, English, and/or Science</li><li>A degree is preferred (particularly in a related subject area)</li><li>Confident, proactive, and able to engage effectively with secondary-aged students</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li></ul><p><strong>The School</strong>This is a supportive and well-structured secondary school with a strong leadership team and a positive learning environment.
