<p><strong>Construction Manager - Data Centres </strong></p><p></p><p><strong>Salary:</strong> Paying between , depending on experience<strong>Working Arrangement:</strong> On-site in Corsham with occasional flexibility</p><p></p><p>We're proud to be partnering with a leading Data Centre Provider to recruit an experienced</p><p>Construction Manager to oversee the delivery of major infrastructure projects across their portfolio.</p><p></p><p>This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business at the forefront of digital infrastructure, where you'll play a key role in managing complex construction programmes from inception through to handover.</p><p></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p></p><ul><li>Lead the on-site delivery of data centre construction projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met</li><li>Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to drive progress and resolve issues</li><li>Monitor health and safety compliance across all phases of construction</li><li>Review and manage project documentation, including risk assessments, method statements, and progress reports</li><li>Ensure alignment with technical specifications and regulatory requirements</li><li>Support commissioning and handover processes, ensuring operational readiness</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Required experience:</strong></p><p></p><ul><li>Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects, ideally within data centres, critical infrastructure, or high-tech environments</li><li>Strong understanding of M&E systems, structural works, and fit-out phases</li><li>Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills</li><li>A proactive approach to problem-solving and project delivery</li><li>Relevant construction qualifications and certifications (e.g. SMSTS, CSCS, NEBOSH)</li></ul><p></p><p>This is a brilliant opportunity to join a high-growth organisation delivering some of the most advanced facilities in the UK.
