<p><strong>Compliance Manager (Data Protection/Operational Compliance)</strong></p><p><strong>Why</strong>? PE Backed, growing SaaS Vendor</p><p><strong>Location </strong>- remote with travel to Reading area office monthly</p><p>You will join the technology team and play a strategic role in shaping and delivering data protection and operational compliance activities. You'll act as the Data Protection Officer (DPO), taking a hands-on approach to Data Protection, GDPR, customer assurance, & internal operational practices. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role where you'll work closely with internal teams to embed strong standards.</p><p>This is a brilliant opportunity to be part of a collaborative business where you'll embed compliance; giving you opportunity to build and influence growth.</p><p><strong>Compliance Manager - Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Lead GDPR Governance (RoPA, DPIAs, SARs, RTBF)</li><li>Act as DPO</li><li>Maintain and operate ISO27001 and ISMS artefacts</li><li>Manage GDPR processes and documentation</li><li>Oversee internal compliance policies, support customer and vendor assurance (DDQs)</li><li>Embed Compliance aspects of incidents and escalations</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams</li></ul><p><strong>Compliance Manager - Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Experience in compliance, data protection or information governance</li><li>GDPR operational ownership in SaaS, technology-led or regulated environments</li><li>ISO27001 audit readiness and maintenance experience</li><li>Experience working with technology and engineering teams</li><li>Degree-level qualification or professional experience in Information Security, IT, Computer Science, Data Protection, Compliance, or Risk Management</li><li>Certified Data Protection Officer (DPO)</li><li>ISO27001 Lead Auditor</li><li>Recognised GDPR practitioner certification (UK GDPR and/or EU GDPR)</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication and collaboration skills</li></ul><p></p><p>For more information, please contact Katie at Matched Group</p><img src="https://www.jobg8.com/Tracking.aspx?Ae5qx6keinwJnFME4Wva0sW5idx9C6Kds" width="0" height="0" />
