Commercial Manager (MEP)

<p><strong>Your new company</strong> <br />A highly respected and long-standing main contractor is seeking an experienced Building Services Commercial Manager to take ownership of MEP commercial delivery across both pre-construction and live projects.<br /><br />This is a key role within the business, offering the opportunity to influence procurement strategy, manage high-value packages, and work closely with senior stakeholders across multiple project phases.<br /><br /><strong>Your new role</strong> <br />You will be responsible for the commercial management of MEP packages from tender stage through to final account, operating across pre-construction, procurement, and project delivery.
