<p><strong>CNC Turning Operator / Machinist</strong></p><p><strong>Location:</strong> Corsham Wiltshire</p><p><strong>Hours:</strong> 39/week (Mon-Thu 8am-5pm, Fri 8am-1pm)</p><p><strong>Overtime:</strong> Available</p><p><strong>Eligibility:</strong> Must be eligible to work in the UK</p><p><strong>About Us</strong></p><p>The company has over 60 years of manufacturing experience. We operate 11 CNC lathes (Puma Lynx to Puma 700) and 2 CNC mill/turn machines, all using Fanuc controls. We are expanding and seeking a reliable, skilled CNC Machinist.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Manufacture precision components to CAD drawings</li><li>Set, operate, and (ideally) program CNC lathes</li><li>Run multiple machines during peak periods</li><li>Inspect parts to maintain quality standards</li><li>Maintain tooling and program records</li><li>Suggest improvements to machining methods and programs</li><li>Follow health and safety procedures</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum 2 years' experience with CNC lathes</li><li>Apprentice trained (preferred)</li><li>CAD/CAM experience (advantageous)</li></ul><p><strong>What We Offer</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive pay (based on experience/ability)</li><li>Company pension (after 3 months)</li><li>Mileage subsidy</li><li>25 days holiday + bank holidays (includes Xmas shutdown)</li><li>PPE and uniform provided</li><li>Onsite parking, free tea/coffee</li><li>Cycle to work scheme</li></ul><p></p><img src="https://www.jobg8.com/Tracking.aspx?1cWG9WvfIsoTs6aHSwOdmqpmbstLfMvso" width="0" height="0" />
