If you have hands-on experience with <strong>AXYZ and Pacer machines</strong> and are looking to work within a supportive, hardworking environment, this could be an excellent opportunity for you.<strong>The Role: CNC Operator</strong> We are recruiting a skilled <strong>CNC Operator</strong> to play a key role in our client's production process, working with precision machinery and a variety of materials. This position is ideal for a confident CNC Operator who can hit the ground running and take ownership of their workload.<strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Operate both <strong>Pacer and AXYZ flatbed CNC machines</strong> (essential)</li><li>Check and action programmes (DXF files for AXYZ and Pacer CNCs)</li><li>Create and edit cut files (advantageous)</li><li>Machine materials including MDF, acrylic, and composites</li><li>Plan and organise workload efficiently</li><li>Work independently while maintaining high standards</li><li>Liaise confidently with other departments and management</li><li>Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace</li><li>Adhere to all health & safety procedures</li><li>Work overtime when required</li></ul><p><strong>What Our Client Is Looking For:</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum <strong>2 years' experience</strong> operating AXYZ and Pacer CNC machines (required)</li><li>Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills</li><li>Ability to work on your own initiative</li><li>Forklift licence (advantageous)</li><li>Physically capable of standing for long periods and lifting heavy items</li></ul><p><strong>Pay & Benefits:</strong></p><ul><li>£13.50 - £15.50 per hour</li><li>Full-time, permanent position</li><li>Free on-site parking</li></ul><p><strong>Ready to Apply?</strong> If you're a dedicated <strong>CNC Operator</strong> looking to progress your career, we'd love to hear from you.
