Cloud Service Delivery Analyst

<p>Overview</p><p>We are seeking a Cloud Service Delivery Analyst to support the ongoing operational management and optimisation of cloud services across a large-scale enterprise environment. This role focuses on service performance, governance, and continuous improvement, ensuring cloud platforms are stable, secure, and aligned to business needs.</p><p></p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Support the day-to-day service delivery of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)</li><li>Monitor and report on service performance, availability, and SLAs/OLAs</li><li>Act as a key point of contact between cloud engineering, service management, and business stakeholders</li><li>Manage and maintain incident, problem, and change processes in line with ITIL</li><li>Produce regular service reports, dashboards, and KPI metrics</li><li>Track and manage service risks, issues, and dependencies (RAID)</li><li>Support supplier/vendor management, ensuring contractual service commitments are met</li><li>Drive continuous improvement initiatives across cloud services</li><li>Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and governance frameworks</li></ul><p></p><p>Key Skills & Experience</p><ul><li>Proven experience in a Service Delivery Analyst / Service Management / IT Operations role</li><li>Strong understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) in a live service environment</li><li>Experience working within ITIL-based service management frameworks</li><li>Ability to manage SLAs, KPIs, and service reporting</li><li>Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills</li><li>Familiarity with tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar</li><li>Strong organisational skills with attention to detail</li></ul> Always use these settings<img src="https://www.jobg8.com/Tracking.aspx?BYYZSi1VQS%2fB67dByk2x9U3kUYbAQQosb" width="0" height="0" />
