You'll be the President's trusted advisor, a driver of operational excellence, and the connector who brings our leadership team together around the right priorities at the right time.</p> About the Role <p>As Chief of Staff, you will act as a strategic force multiplier - ensuring clarity, alignment, and execution across Acosta Europe. You'll lead high impact initiatives, drive organisational effectiveness, improve client outcomes, and enhance leadership communication and decision making.</p> <p>This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, thinks several steps ahead, and is energised by delivering results through influence, collaboration, and exceptional operational discipline.</p> Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & Execution <ul> <li>Partner with the President to define, prioritise, and deliver strategic initiatives.</li> <li>Translate business goals into actionable plans with clear KPIs and timelines.</li> <li>Lead transformation and cross functional projects that elevate performance and client value.</li> </ul> Executive Support & Governance <ul> <li>Shape leadership agendas, prepare briefings, and manage follow up on actions.</li> <li>Act as a trusted advisor and sounding board to the President.</li> <li>Strengthen alignment with Acosta US, the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), and Global Leadership Team (GLT).</li> </ul> Client & Business Performance <ul> <li>Monitor commercial performance, market trends, and client health metrics.</li> <li>Identify insights, risks, and opportunities to enhance business outcomes.</li> <li>Support the optimisation of client relationship management processes.</li> </ul> Communication, Engagement & Change Management <ul> <li>Drive internal communications around strategy, transformation, and organisational updates.</li> <li>Champion change initiatives and lead impact assessments and readiness planning.</li> <li>Foster collaboration and alignment across the leadership team and wider business.</li> <li>Enhance Acosta Europe's external profile through professional, digital first communication.</li> </ul> Project Delivery & Cross Functional Coordination <ul> <li>Lead key programmes from concept through execution.</li> <li>Align cross functional teams to ensure delivery excellence.</li> <li>Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies.</li> <li>Promote continuous improvement and innovation across the organisation.</li> </ul> What we are Looking for in our Chief of Staff <p>We're looking for someone who brings a powerful blend of strategic insight and operational excellence.</p> <p>You will be:</p> <ul> <li>A highly strategic thinker with a strong bias for action</li> <li>An exceptional communicator and influencer at senior levels</li> <li>Discreet, trustworthy, and able to handle sensitive information</li> <li>Resilient, proactive, and solutions orientated</li> <li>Skilled at simplifying complexity and driving clarity</li> <li>Collaborative, adaptable, and energised by positive change</li> </ul> Experience & Skills <ul> <li>Extensive experience in senior leadership support, strategy, or operational roles (e.g., Chief of Staff, Strategy Director).</li> <li>Strong understanding of FMCG, retail, or agency environments.</li> <li>Proven ability to manage complex cross functional projects.</li> <li>Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.</li> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.</li> <li>Experience in organisational transformation and change management.</li> </ul> Why Join Us at Acosta Europe as our Chief of Staff? <p>At Acosta Europe, you'll be joining a team that is passionate about growth, innovation, and delivering excellence for our clients.
