<p><strong>Role:</strong> Business Systems Developer (Microsoft Stack)</p><p><strong>Location: </strong>Derby, Derbyshire (Hybrid Working)</p><p><strong>Salary:</strong> £35,000 - £40,000 + Private Healthcare, Private Pension, Company Bonus, Hybrid Working and more!</p><p>We're looking for a Business Systems Developer to join a rapidly growing construction business investing heavily into digital transformation, automation and AI-enabled technologies across the Microsoft ecosystem. You'll work across Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint and Copilot technologies, helping to build scalable internal solutions while supporting wider digital and operational improvement projects.</p><p>This is a hands-on role focused on improving internal systems, automating business processes and developing low-code applications that support operations across the wider organisation.</p><p>The environment would suit someone who enjoys solving real operational challenges through technology, working closely with stakeholders and taking ownership of systems and process improvements across a growing business.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and maintain applications within Microsoft Power Platform</li><li>Build and optimise workflows using Power Automate</li><li>Create and manage SharePoint sites, lists and internal collaboration tools</li><li>Support the development of AI-enabled solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure Foundry</li><li>Work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement</li><li>Support digital transformation and systems improvement projects across the business</li><li>Maintain and support Azure DevOps environments and deployment processes</li><li>Assist with integration and optimisation of Microsoft business systems and platforms</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience developing solutions within Microsoft Power Platform</li><li>Strong experience with Power Automate</li><li>Experience working with SharePoint, including sites and lists</li><li>Exposure to Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure technologies</li><li>Experience using Azure DevOps</li><li>Strong communication skills with the ability to work closely with non-technical stakeholders</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities within a fast-paced environment</li></ul><p><strong>Desirable:</strong></p><ul><li>Microsoft Fabric</li><li>Project delivery or project coordination experience</li><li>Experience working within digital transformation or automation-focused environments</li></ul><p>This is an excellent opportunity to join a business at a key stage of growth, where technology, automation and AI are becoming increasingly important to the wider operation.</p><img src="https://www.jobg8.com/Tracking.aspx?NNcQ65VzYn3e8SvOEBJ0GDTLVBia4Necz" width="0" height="0" />
