Business Support Officer

<p>We're looking for a proactive, organised, and people-focused Business Support Officer to join a growing team within the property management sector. This is a varied and hands-on role where no two days are the same.</p><p>You'll play a key role in supporting the letting teams with administrative tasks, compliance checks, liaising with stakeholder. If you enjoy problem-solving, working independently, and building positive relationships, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.</p><p><strong>Benefits Package</strong></p><ul><li>Fuel allowance</li><li>Career progression opportunities</li><li>Free onsite parking </li><li>Company events </li><li>Full training provided </li></ul><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Support the lettings team with ad hoc property management tasks </li><li>Support with rent arrears and debt collection, liaising with tenants to resolve outstanding balances.</li><li>Maintain accurate records and documents on a CRM system </li><li>Liaise with tenants when notice is given and manage the full notice period process.</li><li>Conduct regular tenancy checks across the property portfolio.</li><li>Support with property inspections and prepare clear, detailed reports.</li><li>Communicate findings with property owners, tenants, and relevant parties.</li><li>Identify and report necessary repairs or maintenance issues.</li><li>Support with social media </li></ul><p><strong>The ideal candidate will have: </strong></p><ul><li>Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (fuel allowance provided).</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.</li><li>Strong IT literacy and ability to maintain accurate records.</li><li>Experience in chasing payments is highly desirable </li><li>Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Outstanding face-to-face customer service skills.</li><li>Confident, friendly, and approachable personality.</li></ul><p></p><img src="https://www.jobg8.com/Tracking.aspx?p4QwZ6nBSKnFX5CseCDAwh9abqhtmEjle" width="0" height="0" />
