We are looking for a talented, motivated Audio Visual Residential Engineer to join our dynamic team and provide outstanding technical support to our residential clients.</p><strong>Role Overview:</strong><p>As an Audio Visual Residential Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of residential AV systems. You will work on exciting and diverse projects, delivering top-tier service while ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for AV technology, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.</p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong><ul><li>Installation: Install and configure home cinema systems, multi-room audio systems, smart home integration, lighting control, home automation, and other AV solutions in residential properties.</li><li>Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and diagnostics on existing AV systems. Resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively.</li><li>Customer Interaction: Communicate with clients to understand their AV needs, offer recommendations, and ensure satisfaction through excellent service delivery.</li><li>System Design: Work with design teams to ensure AV systems are correctly integrated into client homes, following architectural plans and specifications.</li></ul><strong>Qualifications & Skills:</strong><ul><li>Experience: At least 2 years of hands-on experience in AV installations and troubleshooting in a residential setting.</li><li>Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of AV equipment (TVs, projectors, sound systems, control systems, etc.), home automation, and networking.</li><li>Certifications: Relevant AV certifications such as AVIXA, CEDIA, or other industry-recognised qualifications would be an advantage.</li><li>Customer-Focused: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical information in a simple, user-friendly manner.</li><li>Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.</li></ul><img src="https://www.jobg8.com/Tracking.aspx?8BtgX7rrSYFL2oa7dDF%2buH8ej3iZxtBky" width="0" height="0" />
