Assistant Property Manager

<p><strong>Assistant Property/Block Manager</strong>We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager to join a well established property management company based in <strong>North London.</strong> Working closely with senior property managers and the head of department, you will play a key role in the day-to-day management of our property portfolio while developing your expertise within the management industry.<strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Coordinating inventories, check-ins/check-outs, and deposit returns/disputes</li><li>Assist and develop from senior property managers and work closely with Head of Property Management</li><li>Handling maintenance and repairs, liaising with contractors, tenants, and managing agents</li><li>Organising statutory compliance (Gas Safety, Electrical Certificates, EPCs)</li><li>Acting as a key point of contact for landlords and tenants, resolving queries efficiently</li><li>Arranging tenancy renewals and negotiating updated terms</li><li>Conducting property inspections</li><li>Supporting overseas landlords and assisting with new property onboarding</li><li>General office administration, including enquiries and key management</li></ul><p><strong>About You:</strong></p><ul><li>Previous experience in property/lettings/lblock management (preferred)</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills</li><li>Strong communication and client service abilities</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)</li><li>Ability to prioritise and manage a busy workload with initiative</li><li>Full UK driving licence (Preferred)</li></ul><p><strong>What We Offer:</strong></p><ul><li>£28,000 + </li><li>Monday - Friday</li><li>Ongoing training and professional development</li><li>Hands-on experience across all aspects of property management</li><li>Opportunity to grow within a fast-paced, supportive environment</li></ul><p>This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in property management within a collaborative and ambitious team.</p><p>Dove & Hawk Property Recruitment acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of permanent workers.
