With recent contract victories in the Southeast region, our client is actively searching for diligent and self-reliant Asbestos Surveyor Analysts to join their team that are well connected to London and Kent.</p><p> SIMILAR JOB TITLE - ASBESTOS CONSULTANT </p><p></p><p><strong>Experience requirements</strong>:</p><p>- All candidates MUST be <strong>BOHS P402, P403, P404 qualified</strong></p><p>- Proven industry experience in asbestos surveying and air monitoring</p><p>- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written</p><p>- Sound knowledge of air monitoring, clearance testing and asbestos removal management</p><p>- Excellent knowledge of UK asbestos legislation</p><p>- Good IT skills and experience in using TEAMS systems</p><p><strong>Role Responsibility:</strong></p><ul><li>Conducting asbestos surveys (management, refurbishment, demolition, and ground asbestos).</li><li>Performing air monitoring and fibre counting.</li><li>Inspecting contractors' work and approving/removing unsatisfactory removals.</li><li>Collecting site data via a phablet for automated report generation using NexGen software.</li><li>Ensuring compliance with asbestos regulations (HSE, construction).</li><li>Experience in a UKAS accredited organization, familiarity with Lab 30 and RG8.</li><li>Managing personal QHSE documentation and internal processes.</li><li>Providing professional client service, offering advice as needed.</li><li>Maintaining communication with clients, management, Technical Support, and team members.</li></ul><p></p><img src="https://www.jobg8.com/Tracking.aspx?VZ6agKFPodv8Tcjxwz4fEosYXZhUdid4l" width="0" height="0" />
