<p><strong>Job Title: Senior Air Conditioning Engineer</strong><strong>Location: London & M25 Region</strong><strong>Salary: £58,000 per annum + Company Vehicle + Overtime + Career Progression</strong></p><p><strong>Overview:</strong>We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Air Conditioning Engineer to join a well-established and growing specialist contractor. This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable business offering a strong package, consistent commercial work, and a clear long-term career path.</p><p><strong>Role & Responsibilities:</strong>As a Senior Air Conditioning Engineer, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing a wide range of air conditioning systems across commercial environments. The role will have a strong focus on complex diagnostics and fault-finding.</p><p>Key duties include:</p><ul><li>Service, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems including split units, VRV and VRF systems</li><li>Carrying out fault-finding and complex diagnostic work</li><li>Working on some chiller systems</li><li>Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with industry regulations</li><li>Supporting junior engineers where required</li></ul><p>The role is primarily based in and around the M25, with approximately 90% of work within the education, healthcare, and hotel sectors.</p><p><strong>Package:</strong></p><ul><li>£58,000 basic salary</li><li>Company vehicle</li><li>Overtime available</li><li>Strong career progression opportunities within a growing business</li><li>Stable, long-term employment</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>F-Gas qualified</li><li>Full UK driving licence</li><li>NVQ / City & Guilds in Air Conditioning (beneficial)</li><li>Minimum 5 years' industry experience</li><li>Strong knowledge of VRV/VRF and split systems</li><li>Experience with chillers (desirable)</li><li>Knowledge of heat pumps, FCUs, and AHUs (advantageous)</li><li>Based within or near the M25</li></ul><p><strong>Summary:</strong>This position would suit a skilled Air Conditioning Engineer looking to step into a more senior role with a focus on technical, high-level work, while benefiting from job security and long-term progression.</p><p>If you are interested or would like to discuss further, please get in touch in confidence with Russ Cleverley at Penguin Recruitment </p><img src="https://www.jobg8.com/Tracking.aspx?G0hIdw8wptuaMtbuCi0TbRoAo5PgcdDuq" width="0" height="0" />
