Agricultural Engineer

<p>Our client, an established family-run business, are looking for an experienced mechanic to assist in the servicing and repair of small to mid-sized farming/horticultural equipment.</p><p>As an <strong>Agricultural Engineer</strong> you will join a workshop team providing service, maintenance, and repair solutions for a range of tractors, mowers, sprayers, woodchippers, forestry and stone crushing machinery as well as garden machinery.</p><p>Your key responsibilities will include:</p><ul><li>Service, repair, and diagnose faults on agricultural machinery.</li><li>Conduct pre-delivery inspections and ensure machinery is ready for use.</li><li>Use diagnostic tools</li><li>Collect and return machinery from clients</li><li>Maintain customer relationships.</li></ul><p>You will need:</p><ul><li>Experience in agricultural/horticultural machinery repair (e.g., tractors, self-propelled mowers, chippers, and chainsaws)</li><li>Strong mechanical background</li><li>Strong communication and IT skills</li><li>Own hand tools</li><li>Driving licence </li></ul><p> You will need a driving licence/access to a vehicle to access the semi-rural location and to collect/return machinery from clients</p><p><strong>Hours of Work</strong></p><ul><li>Monday-Friday 8am-5pm </li><li>Optional overtime on a Saturday to meet business needs</li></ul><p>Please call Phil in the office for more information or send your CV to apply.</p><img src="https://www.jobg8.com/Tracking.aspx?HEJlsczeL0tkMWKwjsUGMCiUZ9iRAL0Sk" width="0" height="0" />
