<p><b>Office and Sales Administrator </b></p> <p><b>Leitrim, Co Down, BT31 Just 3 miles outside Castlewellan</b></p> <p><b>Permanent </b></p> <p><b>Competitive pay (£13-£15 per hour, depending on experience) </b></p> <p><b>30-40 hours per week (Full time)</b></p> <p> </p> <p><b><u>Main Purpose </u></b></p> <p>We're currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established, family-run business for a bubbly, personable, and highly organised individual to join their team as an Office and Sales Administrator. This is a key role within the company, ideal for someone who enjoys being at the heart of a busy office environment - supporting day-to-day operations, liaising with customers and suppliers, and helping everything run smoothly behind the scenes.</p> <p> </p> <p>The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy interacting with people, and have solid administrative experience, particularly within invoicing and SAGE. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and professional team where your contribution will be genuinely valued.</p> <p> </p> <p><b><u>Main Roles and Responsibilities</u></b></p> <p><b>Administrative Support</b></p> <p>• Provide day-to-day office support including data entry, filing, and answering calls<br /> • Help manage office supplies and general organisation<br /> • Support the wider team with ad hoc administrative tasks<br /> • Generate and process invoices accurately and efficiently<br /> • Cross-check billing details against work orders and contracts<br /> • Handle customer queries regarding invoices and payments in a professional manner<br /> • Maintain clear, organised records<br /> • Confident use of SAGE accounts software (essential)</p> <p> </p> <p><b>Communication & Customer Interaction</b></p> <p>• Act as a friendly first point of contact for customers, suppliers, and internal teams<br /> • Build strong working relationships through clear and professional communication<br /> • Support smooth invoicing and payment processes through effective coordination</p> <p> </p> <p><b><u>Essential Criteria:</u></b></p> <p><b>(Please note that Platinum Recruitment NI Ltd require original certificates as proof of all qualifications listed on CV)</b></p> <p> </p> <p>• Previous experience in an administrative and/or invoicing role<br /> • Strong working knowledge of SAGE and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)<br /> • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills<br /> • Confident, friendly, and professional communication style<br /> • A proactive, positive attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team<br /> • Someone who genuinely enjoys dealing with people and being part of a close-knit team</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><b> Platinum Recruitment NI Ltd is an equal opportunities employer and a Corporate Member of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC).
