<p>Job description</p><ul><li><strong>Desk-Based Account Manager ( based in North London ) </strong></li></ul><p></p><ul><li><strong>Please only apply if you have a strong sales background min 2 years and Telecoms would be preferable</strong></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>£28,000-£32000 Base + Comms + Pension</strong></p><p><strong>Main focus:</strong> Managing and growing existing customer accounts (phone/email/video).</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities: Account manager and New business</strong></p><ul><li>Maintain regular contact with assigned client accounts</li><li>Build strong relationships to improve retention</li><li>Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities</li><li>Renew contracts and manage pricing discussions</li><li>Handle customer queries and resolve issues</li><li>Track account performance against targets</li><li>Update CRM systems and sales reports</li></ul><p><strong> Main Focus</strong></p><ul><li>Renewals (SIMs, broadband, hosted VoIP)</li><li>Upsell (higher bandwidth, additional users, cyber add-ons)</li><li>Reduce churn</li></ul><p><strong>Primary Goal:</strong></p><p><strong>Retain customers and increase revenue from existing accounts as well as new business</strong></p><p>Focus is on <strong>retention + account growth</strong>,</p><img src="https://www.jobg8.com/Tracking.aspx?tnOcX87vYBt6nrRexdGAO%2faKHAyIMC%2fJp" width="0" height="0" />
