1:1 Teaching Assistant - Reception

<p>Job Title: 1:1 Teaching Assistant - Reception Class </p><p>Location: Mainstream Primary School, L15, Liverpool </p><p>Contract: Full-Time, Monday to Friday 8.45am-3.30pm </p><p></p><p>Aura Education are looking for a patient and dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a child in Reception (aged 4-5 years) at our vibrant primary school in the L15 area of Liverpool. This full-time role will involve working closely with the class teacher to provide individualized support, ensuring the child can fully engage in their learning and development. </p><p></p><p>Key Responsibilities: </p><p>Provide one-to-one support for a child in the reception class, helping them with classroom activities and social interaction </p><p>Assist the child in developing foundational learning skills in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework </p><p>Support the child's emotional and social well-being, helping them to build confidence and develop relationships with peers </p><p>Follow the child's personalized learning plan and provide regular updates to the class teacher and SENCO </p><p>Help foster an inclusive and supportive environment within the classroom </p><p>Ensure the child's safety and well-being at all times </p><p></p><p>Requirements: </p><p>Previous experience working with young children, ideally in a one-to-one or early years setting </p><p>Knowledge of the EYFS framework and how to support early learning </p><p>Patience, empathy, and a nurturing approach to working with young children </p><p>Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent (preferred) </p><p>Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals </p><p>Experience supporting children with additional needs or learning difficulties is an advantage </p><p>Salary: £100-£106 per day </p><p></p><p>If you have a passion for working with young children and are committed to helping them thrive in their early years, we would love to hear from you. </p><p>This role is subject to enhanced DBS checks and satisfactory references. </p><img src="https://www.jobg8.com/Tracking.aspx?sFiDUbGRNFcDlbbcf9h8oGebscJfvYM9i" width="0" height="0" />
