Workshop Operative

The New Resource Group are currently recruiting for a Workshop Operative on behalf of our client. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy and growing workshop environment where reliability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are essential. Working Hours This role operates on a rotating shift pattern: * 6:00am – 2:30pm * 9:30am – 6:00pm Applicants must be flexible to work both shifts on rotation. Duties Include * Assisting with the preparation and handling of products within the workshop * Loading, unloading, and moving materials safely * Operating workshop equipment and tools where required * Maintaining cleanliness and organisation within the workspace * Following health & safety procedures at all times * Supporting the wider production and warehouse teams Requirements * Previous workshop, warehouse, or production experience preferred * Comfortable with heavy lifting due to the nature of the products * Good level of physical fitness * Reliable and punctual * Ability to work well within a team and independently * Positive attitude and willingness to learn What’s on Offer * Full-time hours * Opportunity for permanent employment * Supportive team environment * Immediate starts available To apply, please send your CV to The New Resource Group or contact the team for more information.
