Technical Supervisor

Technical Supervisor North London | Full Time | 40 Hours Per Week We are currently recruiting for a Technical Supervisor to join our Facilities Management team covering sites across North London. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineering or FM professional looking to progress into a leadership role within a fast-paced and supportive environment. About the Role Working closely with the Area Facilities Manager, you will support the delivery of high-quality facilities management services across multiple sites. You will play a key role in supervising operational teams, ensuring compliance, driving performance, and maintaining excellent standards of health, safety, and service delivery. Key Responsibilities * Supervise day-to-day facilities management operations across multiple sites * Support delivery against SLA, KPI, and statutory compliance targets * Ensure full Health & Safety compliance in line with legislation and company standards * Lead and manage a multi-skilled engineering team * Conduct performance reviews, absence management, and support succession planning * Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and operational standards * Build strong working relationships with stakeholders, suppliers, and subcontractors * Promote a positive safety culture and proactively manage risk * Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and operational efficiency What We’re Looking For * Previous supervisory experience within Facilities Management, Building Services, or Engineering * Strong technical understanding and operational experience * Experience leading engineering teams and managing contractors * Good understanding of Health & Safety legislation and compliance * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills * Proactive, organised, and solutions-focused approach What We Offer * Competitive salary * 24 days annual leave plus public holidays * Life cover equivalent to 1.5x annual salary * Employee discount schemes with major retailers * Gym membership discounts * Cycle to work scheme * Holiday purchase scheme * 2 paid CSR days per year * Ongoing learning and professional development opportunities If you are looking for your next challenge within Facilities Management and want to join a growing and supportive team, we would love to hear from you
