Teaching Assistant - Autism & Complex Needs (All‑Through Specialist School) Prospero Teaching is seeking a calm, patient, and committed Teaching Assistant to join an all‑through autism specialist school in the Lyndhurst area. The school supports children and young people aged 4-19 with Autism, Complex Learning Profiles, communication differences, sensory needs, and barriers to engaging with learning. This is a full‑time, temp‑to‑perm opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting neurodivergent pupils in a structured, therapeutic, and child‑centred environment. Please note: Due to the rural location, there are limited public transport links. Applicants must have access to their own vehicle and live within a reasonable distance of Lyndhurst.
