Senior Site Manager

O'Neill & Brennan are currently seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to lead the delivery of the External Envelope Package on a £100m development in East London. This is a major scheme requiring a strong façade / envelope bias, with hands-on experience managing packages from structural frame handover through to full envelope completion. You will be joining a reputable main contractor / developer team delivering high-quality residential units in a fast-paced London environment. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities - Take full site responsibility for the external envelope package on a large-scale residential development - Lead and coordinate all façade-related works including: - Curtain walling - Cladding systems (brick slip, rainscreen, traditional façade interfaces) - Windows, glazing, and waterproofing - Balconies and architectural metalwork - Manage programme sequencing from frame handover through to watertight stage - Oversee subcontractors and ensure high standards of workmanship, installation, and safety - Coordinate closely with structural, design, and MEP teams to ensure interface alignment - Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, QA procedures, façade specifications, and fire safety requirements - Drive progress reporting, site meetings, and short-term planning - Maintain strong control of cost, programme, and quality targets ________________________________________ Requirements - Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager / Site Manager on large residential schemes in London - Strong external envelope / façade background essential - Demonstrable experience in: o Curtain walling o Cladding systems o Window installation and weatherproofing o Façade sequencing and interface management - Experience taking a building from RC frame to watertight stage - Previous work with a main contractor or developer on residential projects - Strong leadership and communication skills - Valid SMSTS, CSCS (Black Card preferred), and First Aid - Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and complex façade interfaces ________________________________________ What's on Offer - Competitive salary / day rate (DOE) - Long-term opportunity on a flagship East London residential scheme - Strong pipeline of future projects - Supportive project team and established contractor/developer environment O’Neill and Brennan values diversity and promotes equality, All individuals will be treated in a fair and equal manner and in accordance with the law regardless of gender, marital status, race, religion, colour, age, disability or sexual orientation
