Freelance Site Manager – New Build Residential West London | Immediate Start | 18‑Month Contract (Outside IR35) The Company * Regional main contractor based in Central London * Busy pipeline with multiple new projects starting this year * Specialising in new build residential developments * Strong repeat business thanks to quality, delivery and professionalism The Role * Lead a new build multi‑storey residential project in West London * Oversee site operations from set‑up through to completion * Manage subcontractors and direct site teams * Work closely with the commercial team to ensure smooth delivery * Liaise with clients, consultants and stakeholders * Maintain high standards of Health & Safety and compliance * Drive programme, quality and productivity across the project About You * Proven experience delivering new build residential schemes * Strong background on London / city centre developments * Comfortable managing RC frame and multi‑storey construction * Worked for reputable main contractors * Strong documentation, reporting and contractual knowledge (JCT ideal) * Professional, proactive and solutions‑focused What’s on Offer * 18‑month contract with immediate start * Outside IR35 * Excellent long‑term potential with a contractor that’s expanding * Opportunity to move into a permanent role if desired If you’re a Senior Site Manager looking for a long, stable project with real responsibility, this is a standout opportunity
