The school provides a nurturing and inclusive environment, focusing on helping pupils with a wide range of learning difficulties to achieve their full potential through tailored support and strong pastoral care. The school is looking to take on a dedicated Teaching Assistant on a long-term, temporary basis with an immediate start. The successful Teaching Assistant will be working across all age groups from 4 to 19, supporting students with autism, communication difficulties and additional learning needs, assisting the class teacher and adapting support strategies to meet individual requirements.
